Pre-University Teaching of Literature and Language Majors in Peru: Interview with Wilfredo Zambrano Irrazabal

In this interview, the pre-university teacher Wilfredo Zambrano narrates the strategies he uses during his classes. To do this, it is based on a particular style of telling his experience with family and academic anecdotes, as well as mentioning the results he has obtained throughout his teaching period. For him, the Peruvian student requires a conscientious instruction regarding the way he has learned in school, since that would be a fundamental genesis to adapt to pre-university and university academic life. However, this can be reversed if there is a good dictation of classes, by which the incentive for reading and study is achieved, as is needed in the subjects of Language and Literature. Once these purposes have been achieved, the student will be able to develop their analysis and interpretation skills optimally. Finally, with this interview, we conclude by understanding that enthusiasm is often decisive in channeling this entire learning process. It is what master Wilfredo Zambrano will achieve and that will be revealed through this conversation.
