The teaching and learning of Natural Sciences has been the object of study by many researchers in the fields of Education and Teaching. It is known that a large part of Basic Education students, in the most diverse countries, have difficulties in understanding the contents of Physics, Chemistry and Biology, especially when these are taught in a decontextualized and traditional way. Given the above and aligned with the PCNs and the BNCC, we bring here a game entitled “Profile of Sciences”, developed by a group of teachers, which deals with Nature Sciences in an interdisciplinary way. The game mentioned was applied in a public school located in the north of the city of Rio de Janeiro, in a third-year high school class, and the perceptions of students about the understanding of Science, before and after playing the “Profile das Ciências” was collected through a questionnaire. The answers, graphically analyzed and also categorized using Bardin's assumptions, reveal that the game developed contributed quite positively to students' learning.
