Chemical equilibrium is a relevant issue for society, as many chemical reactions are systems in chemical equilibrium, but it is a matter with a high degree of abstraction, with the need to understand explanatory models at a submicro level. On the other hand, games unite playfulness with the learning of scientific concepts and may constitute a good methodological option for use in the classroom. This research investigated the contributions of articles published in the last three editions of Jalequim on the topic of chemical equilibrium. For this, the keyword chemical equilibrium was searched for in the three editions. The results indicated a lack of research on this theme, with the predominance still in experimentation and very little use of games. It is recommended that more research in games that focus on the construction of chemical concepts, that articles are not limited to their verification.
