Método escape room: uma abordagem de saúde única para zoonoses transmitidas por artrópodes

Resumen

Given the relevance of health education in combating emerging diseases, we propose a didactic sequence that uses the educational escape room as an active methodology for health teaching. This initiative aims to present the topic "zoonotic diseases transmitted by arthropods and one health" in a playful and contextualized way to high school students. The escape room was designed with low-cost materials, using physical and digital tools, with challenges that can be solved in the classroom. In this way, we elucidate the process of developing this methodology and its application in addressing a complex global health problem in the school environment. The implementation of this educational tool made it possible to review content, identify gaps in understanding and promote a collaborative dynamic.
