Movimento de queda livre: elaboração e aplicação de uma sequência didática com o uso do Kahoot
Abstract
The teaching and learning of Physics is challenging, especially in view of the reality faced by teachers, such as lack of laboratories and equipment. Thus, students are led to perceive Physics as an uninteresting and difficult to understand science. However, the use of technological resources along with an active methodology can be a strategy to encourage students' interest and motivation for Physics. The objective of this research was to elaborate and apply a Didactic Sequence (SD) on Free Fall Movement using Kahoot, a game-based learning platform. On the platform, the SD was elaborated containing theoretical, practical and games classes. After the activities, the students answered a questionnaire about the use of Kahoot. The collected data were organized in graphs and word clouds. In short, students positively evaluated the use of Kahoot. Thus, it was possible to conclude that the SD developed in Kahoot served its purpose, helping in the teaching and learning of physics, arousing students' interest and motivation to learn physics.
