This edition is composed by the dossier “Culture and International Relations: Latin American perspectives” and by continuous flow texts. The dossier sought to promote the publication of investigations about international cultural policies from and for Latin America. This dossier is spawn of the partnership established between the organizers, Graziano and Spyer, especially from their interactions in the Research Group based at UNILA and registered with the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPQ), entitled "Decolonizing International Relations".
