Abstract

Esse artigo intenciona colocar em discussão os caminhos múltiplos percorridos pela compreensão e consolidação do Estado plurinacional boliviano, assim como os entraves que limitam a ação autonômica originária de ruptura com os processos colonizadores de um Estado-nação. Reflete-se nesse trabalho, os vieses que se apresentam na consolidação do “novo” Estado-nação boliviano,
buscando dentro dele, encontrar os atores miméticos que limitam a transformação organizacional, assim como os revolucionários que insistem na lógica contra-hegemônica e apontando severas críticas as limitações constitucionais instituídas como a institucionalização da ideia de sumaq qamanã.
