Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar algumas contribuções do livro," o que é empoderamento" de Joice Berth. Trata- se de uma discussão teórica na qaual analisa a  questão do racismo na realidade brasileira e o  papel do empoderamento na luta antirracista,para a construção de uma sociedade mais plural.
