This article is the product of an excerpt from a master's dissertation, and its objective was to analyze the labor movements that emerged in the face of the uberization of work in recent years in Latin America. To this end, the study was based theoretically on the writings of Beverly Silver, and therefore, it was grounded on the defense that the labor-capital conflict is inherent to historical capitalism. Regarding the methodology, in turn, it was developed following the deductive method of approach, the descriptive-explanatory method of objective analysis, and the bibliographic and documentary techniques of procedure were used. As a result, it was possible to conclude that, by rising in a neoliberal context, which systematically produces ways to divide and manipulate the working class, the agitations of platform workers provide a strong empirical basis to prove the validity of Silver's theory in the era of platform capitalism. This is because, in the face of the precariousness and individualization of their activities and their geographical locations in the habitat of the super-exploitation of the workforce, elements that would make their articulation unlikely, they produced it around common suffering.
