Authors who publish in Espirales maintain the full copyright of their works, authorizing their publication under the Creative Commons Attribution CC-BY license, which allows texts to be published for the first time in this journal, reused and distributed without restriction, since that the original work is correctly cited. 

Espirales authorizes and encourages authors to publish and distribute their work, whether in personal blogs, institutional repositories, academic social media, or on their personal social media, provided that the full citation is included in the version of the journal's website. 

The author is solely responsible for the data, concepts and opinions presented in the works, as well as the accuracy of the documentary and bibliographic references.
