Abstract: The paper is a cinematic study of the film La Teta Asustada (2009), written and directed by Peruvian filmmaker Claudia Llosa. Through the study of this film production, this research will seek to reflect on the agonies and disenchantments with the world due to human atrocities that affect people, but specifically women and nature. Buen Vivir and the feminist-communitarian practices from its non-Western and indigenous cosmovisions will be thought of as the possibility of a better world, a communitarian, anti-patriarchal, and anti-racist Latin America.
